Brand identity
The client
Buddle place consists of a pair of holiday homes located in a restored farmhouse, available to rent on the Isle of Wight.
The task
I created a brand identity and website. The identity revolved around the strategy ‘simple pleasures’. While many holday homes in the area are traditional in design or may come with a swimming pool, Buddle Place is unfussy, contemporary yet still thoughtfully designed. The strategy reflects it’s simple farmhouse origins and also the time spent here is often simple pleasures, reading a book, going for a walk.. The strategy was reflected in the illustrations minimal, simple style and the logo also reflects the strategy and simply shows the shapes of buildings.
